  11. To some the qualities of a model citizen would be successful, caring, a family man/woman, etc. To me a model citizen is some of the same qualities but different. Some of the qualities would be outgoing, athletic, involved in the community, etc. These may seem the same but how I see it may be different.

  24. Qualities of a model citizen are not hard to see. Having good manners is always a good quality to have. Being nice and respectful to people that are older/higher up than you. Another good quality to have could be that you are quiet and not screaming all the time. When walking with friends you don't need to scream to them and disturb the peace. Also staying out of other people's business. In big cities like New York there are lots of people on the streets; don't get into other people's conversations when they're not yours to get into.

  35. The qualities of a good citizen? I think being a good citizen or the quality of a good citizen is based on a person's opinion. It good be the qualities if a Leader, such as responsibility and trust or it could be just based on being a good person. Helping the community and things like that. A good citizen could be someone who helps our government or country. A good citizen I think is someone with a combination of all of these but in other's minds it is different.

  36. A model citizen is someone that is responsible, kind, and caring. They help out within their community and never turn down a chance to help a fellow citizen. They don't do good deeds for positive attention, they do it to help out anyone who needs it.

  39. There are many qualities of a model citizen. Leadership, responsibility, respect, discipline, effective communication, enthusiasm, pride, achievement, and determination are just a few qualities among many that can make a person a good community member. A model citizen is also one that is involved in the community and pays his/her taxes on time, the right way. A model citizen also cares about others and takes what they say into account to further improve their local community.

  40. I'd say a model citizen is someone who represents what some people would call moral standards. This person would have their head on straight, know where they're going and set goals, they're a leader/a role model, they're ambitious, determined, dedicated, hardworking, manage their time, put other people above themself, integrity and so on and so forth

  41. The qualities of a model citizen are efficiently being involved in the community, helping others when they need it, and making sure you get everything finished when they're sure. Model citizens are kind, respectful, funny, hard-working, clever, and independent. They takes matters into their own hands and make a difference (big or small) whether they know it or not. They stand up for what they believe in and do whatever they have to do to make things right.

  42. Bank was robbed, a woman was stabbed to death, kitten was thrown into a pool, and a man was seen cursing his elderly grandmother in the nursing home. You will never see a model citizen doing such horrid things.

  43. A quality of a model citizen is someone who puts others first and loves their community. Ms. Bates is a model citizen because her taxes just got accepted. At Thomas Nelson High School, our 3 goals of the school is to prepared for college, career, and citizenship. We are learning about how to be respectful and how to gain qualities of a model citizens.

  44. Qualities of a model citizen would be a polite, well mannered person. This person would need to be respective and have such a joyful personality that is spread so the world would be a much happier place. I know everyone has bad days, but trying to be happy even on those days and make that happiness spread would make everyone much happier with just a one person difference.

  45. I don't believe there is a certain model citizen but if qualities were necessary, I believe there would be a mixture of positivity and responsibility. There is a certain level of power and equality that I believe should come with being a model citizen. While society preaches to us to be a leader: If there were no leaders there would be no followers. A model citizen would know the best time to step up and lead, but also know when to step back and be a loyal follower. They would be a sociable, flexible person who would understand other peoples' point of views, in addition to their own. A model citizen would not be forceful, but would push enough to get done what needs to be done. Most importantly, a model citizen would know when to break down walls and be friendly with all of those around them.

  46. Model citizens. The definition is different to every person. Some people may think that it means being involved in the community. Another person might think that you don't need to be involved and you should just keep to yourself. I think that to being a model citizen means to be involved in a way that betters the community. You don't have to be the mayor or the president to be a model citizen. Simply volunteering to do things others don't typically want to do could help to make you be a model citizen. If you in any way better the community, then in my eyes you are a model citizen. Others may not agree, but any help is great. There are some people who don't contribute anything to their community and still expect a change. If you want a change to happen in the community, then you should help to make that change happen. There is only one other way to be a model citizen. Be Iron Man. (Or Batman if you are weird like Ms. Bates and you like DC better.)

  49. a typical citizen reminds me of the episode on spongebob season 2 episode 9b (squidville) whenever squidward movies to "tentacle acres" where everybody is the same and do the same thing and same routine everyday. I feel like being the typical model citizen would get boring.

  50. A model citizen is someone who is a leader and stands out in the crowd. They follow the rules and model how others should act. I think a model citizen would portray the LEADER values here at Thomas Nelson. A model citizen would be responsible and do things you are expected to do, such as pay taxes.
